Rebundance (a Bluecity brand) has the mission to host a safe space for leaders to co-create a totally good future. Rebundance believes that, in the future, every living being will have a life with dignity and leisure, relying mainly on renewable resources (solar, wind, rain and good-will, curiosity, compassion, courage…), while living in prosperous, regenerative communities operating systemically and in interdependence with other communities.
We all need to co-design and build this future together.

rebundance leadership program
Everyone agrees that much needs to change in today’s world. The kindest change takes place through leadership and no change happens unless we, ourselves, change first, starting with shifting our mindset.
Rebundance Leadership program is our deepest hosted experience in the space of collaborative leadership, towards a totally good future for every living being. We combine personal development and system engagement, relying on collaborative dynamics all the way.
food evolution program
Building on the Food Manifesto we decided to address the “food life cycle” while rolling out the activities in the neighbourhoods around Monsanto in Lisbon, and discovered that one of the biggest local challenges is effectively the relationship people have with food.
This insight resulted in the Food Evolution program that weaves together the dimensions of co-leadership, regenerative farming and regenerative food confection and embraces participants of many different professional and life path backgrounds.
chamar o futuro cooperative
The social sector is considered the most challenged, which also implies that it carries infinite positive intervention possibilities. In order to contribute with our know-how to this potential and together with our closest strategic advisors and fans, we created Chamar o Futuro (non profit cooperative), the social intervention arm of Rebundance.
Building on Rebundance’s experience in promoting leadership programs, and with a strong focus on regeneration, both societal and planetary, Chamar o Futuro hosts collaborative events.
food manifesto
Conscious of the societal challenges our current food system is posing, both to planet regeneration and to societal resilience, Rebundance invited a very broad and diverse group of stakeholders to hold a complex and meaningful conversation about the future of food. The result was the Food Manifesto (more than two years of monthly meetings).
This manifesto rises from the belief that there is a way to broad planetary prosperity that starts from our individual and collective food choices. While we are able to choose what we eat, we can influence our own wellbeing and that of the planet.
