TRANSITION TO A REGENERATIVE FOOD SYSTEM

If we wish to change the food system, we need to start in the kitchen. With this cookbook, we aim to inspire a shift in practices and invite our reader to learn how to choose seasonal, local, and regenerative food that reflects a collective purpose. Inspired by the food system transition that is taking place in the Baixo Alentejo and Torres Vedras regions, this cookbook presents us with a path that elegantly leads to a fully positive food system—a path that makes a difference, one meal at a time.

Who is this cookbook for?

It is for all of us, who suffer from diet and lifestyle chronic imbalances or diseases, for naturopaths and holistic nutritionists, food system practitioners and professionals, environmentally conscious influencers and policy makers.

It is for all of us, who wish to be at our best and to regain control of our (individual and collective) health and well-being.

This book is an invitation for all of us to learn about our health balance and regeneration and to make our food choices count, as our contribution for the long-term health of all living beings.
